Nowadays we are all constantly working on something. Whether it’s texting, cycling or listening to music: we are always busy with something. Even during these challenging times where COVID-19 dominates the world and people are bound to home, people feel like they need to be more productive than ever and make the most of their time.

However, sometimes try to do nothing at all. Are you going for a walk? Then don’t put on earplugs to listen to music, just enjoy your surroundings and give your thoughts a moment to run free. Social media keeps us very busy, but it is good to occasionally give up your phone and checklists and just relax.
