Coronavirus “forces” us to stay at home. In a busy life, this stop generates many anxieties and perplexities.

Those who are used to running from side to side between their children and work, those who are closed in the office all day and need to go to the gym a good turnout to distract themselves and release some tension, or who is simply used to meet with friends to have a chat: for everyone, looking at quarantine is not only an “imposition” from the government, it is also a reason for stress and, often, of boredom.

Here is a list of simple things that can be done at home, alone or in company, during the quarantine.

1.Reading

 

Have you accumulated many books that you never have time to read except during the few free moments you have during the year? Well, this is the right time to do it. Reading is an activity that can be done alone and that relaxes the heart and mind: funny stories or thrillers that leave you breathless; or, why not go to the great classics? And if you’re not a serial book buyer, no problem.

You will surely have some at home and you have probably never approached it. It’s the right time to try, don’t you think? Or, another possibility: on the web you can find a myriad of e-books that can be downloaded for free (or paid), to be read on your PC, tablet or smartphone. And if you really don’t like reading, why not try audiobooks? Thousands of them can be found on the internet, even for children.
