Lean beef and chicken
The flesh has been unjustly demonized. Countless health problems have been linked to the consumption of meat, despite the fact that there is insufficient evidence of this. Processed meat is not healthy, but lean meat, which contains a large amount of protein, does not increase the risk of heart disease or diabetes and instead helps to lose weight.
Studies in this regard have shown that increasing protein intake by 25 to 30 per cent may reduce the desire to eat out of main meals and promote weight loss.
